Care Bridge Dialysis provides inpatient and outpatient hemodialysis care in partnership with St. Luke’s Hospital, Anua-Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
A specialized team of nephrologists, physicians, nurses, administrators, dietitians, biomedical engineers, and ancillary personnel, work closely with each patient to develop an individualized plan of care.
